This week has been super cold all of a sudden and that calls for comfort food. Oh, and make it easy! Pizza is always a winner in our house and cheesy meatballs are definitely comfort food around here, so we threw together a super easy, super cheesy meatball pizza.
I picked up Carando Meatballs at my local Food Lion. We're in there several times a week, as my husband works in the same plaza and it's our closest grocery store. The employees are great and our store is always clean. Carando Meatballs are raw meatballs, found in the fresh meat section near the burgers and beef.

Carando’s passionate story begins nearly a century ago along the cobblestone streets of Torino, Italy, where founder Peter Carando learned the Italian tradition of sausage-making as an apprentice at his local butcher shop. With authentic recipes in hand, he set sail for America to begin handcrafting the finest Italian meats this country had ever tasted.
To this day, Carando has remained true to those recipes – and to the old world craftsmanship that has helped Carando earn its place as one the world's finest purveyors of Italian deli meats.

I love meals that the whole family can help make and pizza is always one of them. The kids love rolling out the dough and sprinkling the toppings on. Kids will eat what they make, that's one of those rules that almost always holds true.
Memories are made in the kitchen preparing dinner and around the table. The kids are growing up so fast and I know how important it is to spend time together while we can. Dinner does not have to be a huge ordeal. We like to keep it simple and stress-free.
